I shopped around to several kennels before speaking to John. After our conversation, I knew this is where I wanted to send Lola because of his positive reinforcement and his more personal/hands on approach. At 9 months old and with only 8 weeks of training Lola picked up over 150 birds! The guys at my camp were in awe of how well she was doing at her age! Highly recommend!

I sent my 10 month old English Golden Retriever to John for the 2 month obedience program. Immediately, when I dropped him off I could tell that John was going to love and treat him like one of his own. I felt so comfortable leaving him in his care. John even got him special doggy cupcakes for his 1st birthday! Every goal we set was met and I could not be more impressed with results. He also sent pictures/video updates every few days. If you’re thinking of sending your dog here, DO IT!

I just wanted to thank you again for working with Banks. Last night when we took bathroom stops Banks didn’t pull on the leash and heeled when I directed him to. CRAZY. Far cry from when he drug me down a walking trail and broke free! Also, this morning Banks had zoomies like crazy. It started getting wild so I just pointed at the bench and said “place” and he immediately stopped and went to the bench! I know this is only day one and we’ll encounter some bumps with Banks, but I couldn’t be happier with him. I love that dog so much and I feel like I can fully enjoy having him without having to depend on my boyfriend so much for control!
